I think being included in a Jovian Event is down to being in the right place at the right time?
Announcing that Jovian B will be in System A and Time C will lead to huge numbers flocking there.
Nice lag and a stuck system would be the result.
TTI and now MASS have been lucky enough to be involved in skirmishes - maybe EV will, maybe RUS will...but not at the same time 
I understand the suspicions though - having Polaris members in any corp. is bound to leave doubts in your mind about the "luck" factor and the integrity of said volunteers.

The last I heard was Ouria was seen in Jovian space piloting a capsule.
Maybe CCP want this event to be completely player-driven/controlled?
Talking of n00b space - it would be nice if they went to Yulai and took on certain player pirates *cough*

What is being said here?
I'm still annoyed that Polaris members activities in player corporations aren't listed.
I'm not doubting their integrity - I'm just saying that there's a possible conflict of interest.
But that is for another topic (I think - I'm not really sure what this thread is all about because RUS, unfortunately, speak poor english and aren't allowed to post in their native language).
As for the Jovian encounters, I think the Jovian will visit each region in turn - Venal, Stain, and maybe Fountain next.
Who knows? /me shrugs
MASS, as far as I'm aware, received nothing but a bruised battleship or 6 from their encounter.
I think it would be awesome to be anywhere near a Jovian event but, because of the randomness of their appearance, I'll just bide my time until the storyline/event becomes more involved.

TTI have a secret meeting with Jovians.
Miner II BP's appear "as if by magic" and nobody knows the wherefore and why's of it all.
I know it's an assumption of grandiose scale, but I can't help but wonder at the coincidence of the two seperate events......
As it is, perhaps the Event in Stain will help to redress the balance....
I hope to God its a tech level 2 frigate BP or a gun!
